Our rig mat cleaning head runs 16 nozzles spinning on 8 separate rotating cleaning arms. The system can be expanded past the 40 GPM of water flow seen here while reclaiming the dirty wash water and recycling it for reuse.

The past couple of weeks have been busy fabricating and organizing a new rig mat washer unit. The pictures below show some of the beginning process of the build. Photos show the fabrication to the mobile 40' equipment room along with the beginning fabrication to the 56' frac tank that is being converted to a wash water clarifier and conveyer base.
